Knight Harwood were appointed as the main contractor for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed building located within a popular retail area in London’s West End. Asbestos surveys and the specification of works were provided to Decontaminate for the removal of asbestos insulation board and asbestos insulation board debris along with two safes that had asbestos in their construction.

Logistics were tight on this site, which called for the use of modular decontamination facilities and wait-and-load collection for asbestos waste. The Decontaminate team safely completed the asbestos abatement works in accordance with the client’s programme.
