This Grade II listed building is the headquarters for a leading financial professional body and was to undergo a full refurbishment. Decontaminate were awarded the asbestos abatement contract that included the removal of sprayed asbestos insulation residue and asbestos insulation board.

The building remained occupied throughout the works carried out under fully controlled conditions.
